The activity marked the completion of a meaningful and transformative phase in the students’ academic journey, highlighting the valuable workplace exposure and practical experience they gained throughout their deployment.

Assigned to various offices within the local government unit, the student-interns were immersed in real-life office operations and public service delivery. Their assignments included the Public Employment Service Office (PESO), Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), Municipal Health Office (MHO), Sangguniang Bayan Office, Office of the Municipal Mayor, and Office of the Municipal Vice Mayor of Surallah.

During their internship, the students performed various administrative and clerical functions, including records management, office correspondence, document processing, customer service, and day-to-day office support. These tasks allowed them to strengthen their communication, technical, and organizational skills while developing professionalism, adaptability, and workplace discipline.

The culmination activity served as a celebration of the students’ hard work, dedication, and growth throughout the internship program. It also reflected the strong partnership between SNCFI and the LGU of Surallah in nurturing future professionals equipped with competence, integrity, and a strong sense of public service.
