Santo Nino College Foundation, Inc. (SNCFI) successfully conducted its Annual Institutional Community Outreach Program at Lam Asam Elementary School, located in Sitio Lam Asam, El Nonok, Banga, South Cotabato. The initiative highlights the institutionโs steadfast commitment to community engagement, social responsibility, and nation-building through meaningful service.
The outreach program was made possible through the collective efforts of SNCFIโs faculty, administrative personnel, and staff, together with the active participation of student leaders from various clubs and organizations. United in purpose, the team delivered services and activities designed to support the educational and social needs of the learners and the local community.
Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the activity directly contributes to Quality Education (SDG 4) by supporting young learners through educational engagement and resource-sharing. It also promotes Good Health and Well-being (SDG 3) through community-centered initiatives that foster care and support, and advances Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10) by extending assistance to underserved communities. Furthermore, the collaborative spirit of the program reflects Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17), as various sectors within SNCFI worked together to achieve a common objective.
More than just an outreach activity, the program became a meaningful expression of compassion, volunteerism, and unity. It served as a reminder that education extends beyond the four corners of the classroom and thrives in acts of service that empower communities.
SNCFI extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of this initiative. Through continued collaboration and commitment, the institution remains dedicated to building stronger, more inclusive communitiesโone outreach at a time.
