SNCFI Affirms Commitment to Student Welfare and Educational Continuity During the Visit of CHED Chairperson Dr. Shirley C. Agrupis
As higher education institutions across Region XII continue to navigate the challenges brought about by the recent Magnitude 7.8 earthquake, Santo Nino College Foundation, Inc. (SNCFI) reaffirmed its commitment to student welfare and educational continuity through its participation in the institutional engagement activities conducted by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Region XII.
Held pursuant to CHED Regional Memorandum No. 66, Series of 2026, the activity brought together educational leaders and CHED officials to strengthen coordination and provide updates on the status of higher education institutions in the region. The initiative reflects the Commission's continuing commitment to ensuring that institutions remain responsive to the needs of students and communities during times of uncertainty.

Representing Santo Nino College Foundation, Inc. during the engagement were Mr. Darrell S. Caballero, President, together with Dr. Jun Y. Badie, LPT, Academic Director. They joined CHED Chairperson Dr. Shirley C. Agrupis and CHED Region XII Director IV Rody P. Garcia during the institutional visit and related activities conducted under the memorandum.
The visit underscored the importance of collaboration between higher education institutions and government agencies in fostering resilient learning communities.
