On Day 3, Santo Nino College Foundation, Inc. (SNCFI) marked the successful completion of the PEAC-NUS Executive Education Program “Transforming Philippine Education through Effective Policy Reforms” by its Academic Director, Dr. Jun Y. Badie, LPT, on July 10, 2026, at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.   

The third and final day of the program marked the culmination of an enriching journey of learning, leadership, and global engagement. It brought together education leaders from various institutions to explore innovative approaches to governance, strategic leadership, and the future of higher education in an increasingly interconnected world.

The day began with an opportunity to reconnect with Prof. Dr. Adrian Kuah, a globally recognized expert in futures thinking and strategic foresight. Having previously delivered a plenary session during the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC) Convention in Manila, Prof. Kuah once again inspired participants with his compelling insights on anticipating emerging trends and preparing institutions for future challenges. His session emphasized that effective educational leadership requires the ability to think beyond the present, embrace innovation, and cultivate resilience in an ever-changing global landscape.

In the afternoon, participants attended an engaging session facilitated by Dr. Caroline Brassard, which emphasized sustainable development, public policy, and the human dimension of leadership. Her engagement served as a powerful reminder that exceptional leadership is defined not only by professional excellence but also by compassion, empathy, and a sincere commitment to empowering others.

The program concluded with the awarding of Certificates of Completion, recognizing the participants' dedication to three days of intensive executive learning, interactive workshops, collaborative discussions, and meaningful networking with fellow education leaders from different institutions and countries.

This international executive education initiative reinforces SNCFI's strategic vision of developing globally competent educational leaders capable of driving institutional transformation and fostering meaningful partnerships across borders.

Moreover, the experience directly contributes to the realization of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
