Dr. Noel A. Domalogdog, RCrim, Represents SNCFI at Region XII Oath-Taking of New Criminologists
GENERAL SANTOS CITY — A significant milestone in the journey of aspiring professionals was celebrated during the Region XII Oath-Taking of New Criminologists and Induction of New PCAP Members held on April 28, 2026, at The Word for Everyone Ministries, Inc.
The ceremony gathered newly licensed criminologists, proud families, mentors, and distinguished guests in a momentous event that marked both achievement and new beginnings. With the successful passers officially taking their oath, the occasion symbolized their formal entry into the criminology profession—one rooted in integrity, service, and commitment to justice.
Alongside the oath-taking, the induction of new members into the Philippine College of Advanced Policing (PCAP) further highlighted the importance of continuous professional development. The newly inducted members pledged to uphold the values of excellence, discipline, and lifelong learning as they take on greater responsibilities in the field of public safety and law enforcement.
Representing Santo Nino College Foundation, Inc. was Dr. Noel A. Domalogdog, RCrim, Program Head of the Criminology Department, whose presence underscored the institution’s strong support for its criminology graduates and its commitment to producing competent and service-oriented professionals.
