GENERAL SANTOS CITY — Dr. Jun Y. Badie, the Academic Director of Santo Nino College Foundation, Inc. (SNCFI), served as one of the judges during the Literary Competition of the Intramurals 2025 at Mindanao State University–General Santos City on October 13, 2025.

The event, held under the “Speaking Events” category, showcased the talents and intellect of students across various colleges through competitions such as Extemporaneous Speaking, Dagliang Talumpati, Declamation, and Improvisation Drama for Two Thespians.

As a judge, Dr. Badie contributed his academic expertise in evaluating the participants’ performance, coherence, and delivery—skills central to effective communication and critical thinking. His participation also highlighted SNCFI’s continuing commitment to educational excellence and community engagement beyond its campus.

This aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, by fostering inter-institutional cooperation that promotes literacy, communication skills, and cultural exchange among learners.
