The Supreme Secondary Learner Government of Norala National High School successfully celebrated Ginoo at Binibining NORHigh 2026 on February 14, 2026, as part of the vibrant Piesta sa NORHigh festivities. In its pursuit of a fair and transparent competition, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government formally invited Santo Nino College Foundation, Inc. (SNCFI) to serve as partner institution for the event. Through this collaboration, the Bachelor of Science in Information Systems (BSIS) program acted as the Official Tabulator, ensuring accurate computation of scores and full transparency throughout the competition.
Through their technical expertise and systematic tabulation process, the BSIS team reinforced fairness and accountability, reflecting the principles of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions. Their participation also exemplified SDG 4: Quality Education, as students were given meaningful, real-world learning experiences that strengthened their digital, analytical, and ethical competencies beyond the classroom.
The Supreme Secondary Learner Government also extended its invitation to SNCFIโs Academic Director, Dr. Jun Y. Badie, LPT, who served as one of the distinguished members of the Board of Judges. His presence underscored the institutionโs commitment to academic excellence and community engagement. The strong partnership between Norala National High School and SNCFI embodies SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, demonstrating how collaboration between educational institutions fosters youth empowerment, credibility in governance, and shared development outcomes.
More than a celebration of beauty and talent, Ginoo at Binibining NORHigh 2026 became a testament to integrity, educational innovation, and sustainable institutional collaborationโproving that campus events can meaningfully contribute to the advancement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
