The Santo Nino College Foundation, Inc. (SNCFI) recently completed the Program Monitoring and Evaluation of its six academic programs conducted by the Commission on Higher Education Region XII (CHED RO XII) Technical Team. The visit formed part of the routine quality assurance process that helps institutions refine academic delivery, strengthen systems, and quietly reinforce broader goals related to access, inclusivity, and community development.
During the evaluation, the team conducted interviews with office heads to better understand SNCFIโs internal processes and support services. An ocular inspection of classrooms, laboratories, and campus facilities followed, ensuring that the learning environment remains aligned with evolving educational standards and the subtle but persistent call for institutions to build spaces where growth, equity, and responsible development coexist.
The CHED RO XII Technical Team was composed of Dr. Zohrahaydah N. Panawidan, Dr. Genaro R. Andres, Ms. Leah S. Manon-og, Dr. Annabelle R. Dafielmoto, Dr. Maria Theresa N. Magdolot, and Mr. Danstone Guy P. Dayaday. Their feedback offered practical guidance and reaffirmed SNCFIโs ongoing efforts to improve without claiming grand achievements.
The activity concluded smoothly, providing meaningful insights that will help the institution move forward with steady intentionโquietly echoing principles that shape not just stronger academic programs, but a more mindful and sustainably oriented educational community.
