In a nationwide gathering that brought together criminology professionals, educators, and advocates, the Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines (PCAP) held its Constitutional Convention in celebration of the 2nd Criminology Profession Week on November 8โ9, 2025, at the Golden Phoenix Hotel, Pasay, Metro Manila.
Santo Nino College Foundation, Inc. (SNCFI) was represented by Noel P. Domalogdog, RCrim, PhD, Program Head of the Criminal Justice Education Program. His participation highlighted the institutionโs commitment to advancing quality criminology education and contributing to national conversations on justice and public safety.
The two-day convention centered on professional development, ethical standards, and the strengthening of criminologistsโ role in building safer and more accountable communities. Discussions emphasized collaboration, updated professional practices, and the collective pursuit of excellenceโkey directions aligned with broader global goals on peace, justice, and strong institutions.
