Santo Nino College Foundation, Inc. (SNCFI) officially commenced its observance of International Women’s Month with faculty members, administrative staff, and students from various departments proudly wearing purple shirts and accessories in a vibrant display of solidarity and support for women’s rights and gender equality.

The initiative was spearheaded by the institution’s GENDEV Society together with the Gender and Development (GAD) Office, encouraging the entire SNCFI community to participate in the symbolic act of wearing purple—globally recognized as the color representing justice, dignity, and women’s empowerment. The activity served as the opening highlight of the college’s month-long celebration dedicated to honoring the vital contributions of women in society.

Students and employees gathered across campus proudly showcasing their purple attire, creating a unified and meaningful visual statement that reflects SNCFI’s commitment to promoting gender sensitivity, inclusivity, and equal opportunities within the academic community.
