Lake Sebu, South Cotabato — The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration Regional Welfare Office XII (OWWA RWO XII) conducted a Staff Development Training on Personality Development on October 11, 2025, at Punta Isla Lake Resort in Lake Sebu, South Cotabato, as part of its continuing efforts to cultivate a motivated and service-oriented workforce for the Filipino migrant sector.
Dr. Jun Y. Badie, Academic Director of Santo Nino College Foundation, Inc. (SNCFI), was the resource speaker. The initiative aligns with several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), notably SDG 4 (Quality Education) for promoting continuous learning, SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) for fostering productive and meaningful employment, and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) for advancing collaboration between education and public service sectors.
Through this program, OWWA RWO XII and SNCFI reaffirm their shared vision of nurturing capable, compassionate, and empowered individuals committed to serving the Filipino migrant community with excellence.
