Admission Process

Online Application
Fill out the online form and upload your required documents.
Entrance Examination

Interview

Enrollment
Complete enrollment and settle fees to officially join.
Enrollment Procedure
A simple, step-by-step guide to complete your enrollment at SNCFI.
Secure and submit your personal data sheet
Make sure to fill out all required fields accurately and legibly.
Fill out the enrollment form and attach initial documents
Prepare your basic credentials (e.g., Form 138/ToR, Birth Certificate).
Scholarship applicants should coordinate with the Scholarship Office to process their benefits and ensure required documents are submitted.
Take the entrance exam and/or interview
As scheduled by the Admissions Office or program department.
Medical check and ID photo capture
Proceed to the clinic/ID station as instructed.
Evaluation and assessment of fees
Registrar and Accounting will assess your subjects and corresponding fees.
Settle your assessment
Pay at the Cashier and keep your official receipt for verification.
Verification and subject encoding
Submit the receipt and requirements for final encoding and confirmation.
Release of class schedule and ID
You are officially enrolled. Welcome to SNCFI!
Admission Requirements
New Students
- Original Form 138 (High School Report Card)
- Original or Certified Copy of Birth Certificate/PSA
- Certified Copy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR), if alien student
- Certificate of Recommendation from the NHSAFI Admission Officer
- Accomplished Studentโs Personal Data Sheet
- Certificate of Good Moral Character with school seal from the school last attended
Transferees
- Certificate of Transfer Credential (also called Honorable Dismissal)
- Information copy of Transcript of Records
- A statement of good moral character signed by the College Dean, Head of Student Affairs, or Head of the previous school
- Original copy of Birth Certificate
- Certified Copy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR), if alien student
- Interview Clearance from the Office of Student Affairs
- Clearance from the Foreign Student Coordinator, if foreign student
- Certificate of Recommendation from the Admission Officer
